All Schools/Sponsors

**At least one sponsor must sit with your students in the theatre at all times

**Please help with hall monitoring, crowd control, and auditorium decorum.

**Please bring one food item to the conference (fruit or cookies or chips) to be used during meal time.

**Please donate at least one gift item from your troupe to the silent auction (the teachers voted in 2011 to make this a requirement for all attending schools).

(Job Description---Have your teachers and a few responsible students sit near the rear of the theatre and keep the flow in and out to a minimum and help to keep the doors from slamming and the lobby from overflowing!! If there are programs to hand out, please assign students at each door to do so. See Allison Long for programs.)

Each school will be in charge of cleaning a designated area on Saturday after the awards ceremony. Students need to have their sponsor check their area BEFORE they can enter the dance.
